The Liner & Brow palette is the perfect finishing palette in the baked cosmetics range, combining two classic Liners and two rich brow components that enhance and unveil all your natural inner beauty.

Every GlindaWand colour is created to our unique colour recipes, meaning it works on all skin tones. 

A velvety smooth powder that is hand made in Italy with a unique baking process in terracotta ovens, combining blended liquid pigments that are baked on individual terracotta pans for 24hrs.

Wear it dry and you have a classical dusting of colour 'predictable in every way' with an engaging, perfectly balanced Jett Black or Stone. These lend a universally flattering shade of liner for any skin tone and eye colour. 

But... 'just add a drop of water' (to your make-up brush) and you open up a whole new world of opportunity; a kaleidoscope of colour, bringing out the true pigmented nature of the powders and really allowing them to POP! You can create winged liners for longer lasting, virtually waterproof wear, Eye Brow Sealer; and applied with our Liner Brush No.7, your eyeliner melts between lashes making them appear fuller, darker and more lush than ever imaginable!

HOW TO APPLY:
Choose from 2 professional finishes, light or intense:
• Light: Apply with the dry brush for a subtle sophisticated day look.
• Intense: Dampen the makeup brush prior to applying the powder for bolder, more intense, and vibrant colour
