We are sure you will love your purchase; however, to ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 30 Day, 100% Satisfaction, Money-Back Guarantee on our TV Deals and The Fountain of Youth Elixir (some restrictions do apply)

So, for whatever reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your GlindaWand purchase, you may return it to us, for a full refund of your purchase price or store credit (less any shipping charges). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please Note:
The 30 Day, 100% Satisfaction, Money-Back Guarantee applies to the first order of the product. ANY subsequent orders of the same product are not entitled to the 30 Day, 100% Satisfaction, Money-Back Guarantee.

In addition, if more than 75% of a product has been used, the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee will not apply.

Return/Refund Policy:
All returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. 
To return an item, please email customer service at Support@GlindaWand.com.au within 30 days of your purchase, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in as much of its original packaging that you have (returns will only be accepted if they are returned in an acceptable condition with appropriate packaging to protect the products) and then mail your return to the address given with your RMA number 

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges and any lost return packages. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Once received, returns are processed within 5 working days. Any return questions, please contact us at Support@GlindaWand.com.au.

Damages and/or Issues:
Whilst every effort is made to get your order to you correctly and in perfect condition, we do ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Support@GlindaWand.com.au, if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example:

  • The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle Tripeptide Collagen, due to regulatory restrictions.
  • GlindaWand Cosmetica products, due to regulatory restrictions.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange the Divinity Foundation if the colour is not quite right. We will exchange the Divinity Foundation once for incorrect colour choice.

Late or Lost Delivery:
We use Australia Post Parcel Post for all shipments. The tracking number will be emailed to you as long as you have provided an email address.

Whilst all efforts are made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, sometimes things can go wrong with Australia Post.  Please Note: We generally ship your product the day we receive your order (as long as it is placed before 2pm), otherwise it will ship the next day.

Once Australia Post has received the item from us, we cannot fast-track the delivery with Australia Post. We have no authority or influence with Australia Post. If the delivery is taking an extended time with Australia Post, we strongly recommend lodging an enquiry with Australia Post Missing or lost item (auspost.com.au), as this is the fastest way to bring this to Australia Post's attention.

If a parcel is deemed lost by Australia Post after you have lodged an enquiry with them directly, please contact support@glindawand.com.au and we can organise a replacement order. 

New Shipping Insurance Cover: Due to ongoing - and ever-increasing - Australia Post delivery issues (lost, stolen, and/or damaged), we have implemented Shipping Insurance. Shipping Insurance is only available on items shipped to Australia at this stage.

In your cart, you will now see a Shipping Insurance section that protects your shipment, for a small fee of $4.50.

You can opt-out of this insurance of course; however, we strongly recommend this be taken up.

Please understand: if your parcel is lost, stolen, and/or damaged, we may not be able to resend without further payment. If you accept the Shipping Insurance, your parcel is fully protected and in the event of any of the above issues, will be resent to you immediately.

To claim against the insurance, please contact us immediately, at Support@GlindaWand.com.au informing us of the lost, stolen, and/or damaged parcel.

Incorrect Address/Return to Sender:
If you have incorrectly addressed your order and have not notified us immediately and the order has already shipped, or a parcel has been returned to sender "unclaimed", we will resend the order to you, with an additional shipping cost of $15.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded back to your original payment method immediately. Please remember it can take 5 to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

GlindaWand Twelve-Month 24ct Gold-Plated Brush Warranty:
Every GlindaWand 24ct Gold-Plated Cosmetic Brush, carries our exclusive, GlindaWand 12 Month Warranty. To ensure your maximum coverage under this warranty, the warranty only starts once your brushes are DELIVERED.
*This warranty does not cover the gold-coloured fibre brush with spoon.

Our products are of the highest quality available, but occasionally, things can go wrong.  Should you experience a fault with any of your 24ct Gold Plated Cosmetic brushes purchased from GlindaWand within a 12-month period (from the date your products are delivered), simply contact us at Support@GlindaWand.com.au immediately and we will organise to replace them for you.

*Please Note: The GlindaWand PTY LTD Brushes' gold-plating can fade over time (depending on intensity and frequency of use). This is normal - and adds character to the brushes. The warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not cover this fading.

We do require you to send back the faulty item to us - but, of course, we will cover the cost of shipping this back to us. Once we receive and inspect the faulty product, we will immediately ship out your replacement item (again, at no cost to you).
Please package the faulty brush (with care) and send to the address given to you.
