Free Shipping Australia-Wide on Orders Over $50 at GlindaWand

Shipping costs for orders delivered anywhere within Australia:

• Orders of $50 or more: Standard shipping is FREE.
• Orders under $50: A flat standard shipping rate of $9.95 applies.
• Express shipping: Available on any order for a flat fee of $20.00.

Standard orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post (Standard Shipping). Express orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post.

Please Note: Australia Post will leave parcels in a safe place if they do not fit into the mailbox. If your property is not safe you can register for Parcel Collect or a Parcel locker at Collection points - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) Any delivery issues need to be raised with Australia Post via their website Help & support - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) or with your local post office.

The customer agrees that the parcel is considered 'delivered' when left at the premises. GlindaWand cannot be liable for any parcel loss due to theft or negligence if proof of delivery is provided by the courier.

For assurance regarding shipping, we suggest using the Shipping Insurance Cover option. Please see Shipping Insurance Cover below for more information.

Shipping Insurance Cover

Due to ongoing - and increasing - Australia Post delivery issues (lost, stolen, and/or damaged), we have implemented Shipping Insurance. Shipping Insurance will only be available on items shipped to Australia at this stage.

In your cart, you will see a Shipping Insurance section that protects your shipment, for a small fee of $4.50.

You can opt-out of this insurance of course; however, we strongly recommend this be taken up.

Please understand: if your parcel is lost, stolen, and/or damaged, we may not be able to resend without further payment. If you accept the Shipping Insurance, your parcel is fully protected and in the event of any of the above issues, will be resent to you immediately.

To claim against the insurance, please contact us immediately, at Support@GlindaWand.com.au informing us of the lost, stolen, and/or damaged parcel.

Same Day Shipping

All orders are dispatched the same business day (once payment is received) if ordered before 2pm, or the next business day if ordered after 2pm. Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you as long as you have provided an email address with your order.

CLICK AND COLLECT IS NOW AVAILABLE FROM OUR DARLINGHURST SYDNEY HEAD OFFICE - SYDNEY ONLY

Place your order on the GlindaWand website and at checkout choose "Pick Up" you will be emailed once your order is ready for collection. Collection hours are between 11am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
