I have been using this collagen ever since it came available in the US. I just love it and can truly see a difference in my well being. Especially my hair and nails are growing stronger than ever.
When i put the suggested amount in to a glass of water expecting it to dissolve aver stirring as per the advertising of it on tv , it congeiled in the bottom of the glass so i felt i wasted a lot of the powder. Not overly impressed tbh.
I have started the intense process of taking the powder every day & when I have finished the full container I will go onto the maintenance process as directed.
Too soon to yet but looking forward to seeing excellent results.

This collagen, in my opinion, is the best I've ever taken.
I suffer with osteoarthritis and have already had one operation to rebuild the cartilage in my right knee. Not only has it helped but it's also improved my hair, skin, nails and general wellbeing.
Being so impressed with the results, I bought some for my son who suffers with PTSD, and intestinal problems. Initially he thought it was just hype. He's now changed his mind and will readily admit it's helping him with both problems!
