I started getting pain, redness and a bit of swelling in my middle end knuckle before taking the tripeptide collagen powder. Within weeks I noticed a difference in how my joint was feeling and now I don't even think about it! as there is no pain, or redness at joint site. I’ve tried everything to make my hair grow, so I gave this a try and I can already feel my hair getting better, I’ve been using it for 3,weeks and positive it’s helping :) didn’t get a spoon though :( was abit shattered about that 😕
