This guarantee applies to every purchase you make on GlindaWand™. If, for whatever reason, you are not totally satisfied and happy with your GlindaWand™ product/s, we will refund you the entire purchase price - no questions asked. We want you to love being a GlindaWand Woman and will go out of our way to ensure you love dealing with us. Please note: this guarantee does not apply to the Personalised Engraved 24ct Gold Plated brushes.
All we ask, is that you return the product/s to us in the original packaging and in as close to original condition as possible.
In order to return an item/order within the 14 day period, you must first generate a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) so we can track the return process for both you, and us. To do this, simply log into your account at www.GlindaWand.com.au and click on the Customer Account link on your account page.
In the ‘My Account’ section (simply click on your name in the top menu bar), click on ‘Order History and Details’. Click on the ‘Details’ link to the right of the order you wish to return.
Using the check box next to the items contained within this order, select the item/s you wish to return. In the text box below the item, please provide a brief explanation as to the reasons for you wishing to return the item. Click on the ‘Generate a RMA’ button.
This will generate the necessary RMA slip and you will see the status marked as ‘Waiting for Confirmation’. We will review the RMA and pending no issues, approve the RMA which will change the status to ‘Waiting for package’. You will also receive an email informing you of this.
Please package up the item, ensuring it is safe for postage and under normal circumstances, would not be damaged, and send to:

Please understand: return shipping-costs to us will need to be paid by you.
If the items were not used, please ensure they are returned in original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. If they are returned damaged, a RMA may be denied.
If the items were partially used, please ensure the unused portion is returned in original packaging and in good condition.
Once we receive the goods in the aforementioned condition, we will issue a credit voucher code, which can be used on the GlindaWand™ website against future purchases. This will issue you a Credit Slip document in the form of a PDF file. If you would prefer a refund, please let us know in the explanation section you filled out to generate the RMA, and we will issue a refund instead.
We will them process your RMA request and if a refund is requested, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used to purchase (either bank transfer or credit card).
