At GlindaWand™, you will NEVER pay any shipping and/or "handling" costs for orders to anywhere in Australia. We will cover ALL shipping costs for ALL purchase you make on the GlindaWand™ website to wherever you are in Australia.
We now ship to the USA, Canada and selected European countries (see full list below). For international orders, there is a flat, AUD$25 shipping fee for orders under AUD$120. All international orders over AUD$120 include FREE shipping. Shipping insurance and tracking is also included.
We are constantly adding new countries to our international shipping list. If your country isn't on the list yet, send us a message via our Contact Us page (will launch a new page) and let us know your country. We'll then let you know as soon as we add it to the list of available countries.
All international orders are exempt from Australian GST.
All orders (both Australian and International) are dispatched same business day (once payment is received) and are shipped via Australia Post. We will provide you with a Tracking ID to track your package online, once it has been shipped.
Extra care is taken to protect all items we ship, however, should an item ever arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will organise to dispatch a replacement item for you immediately – as well as organising the pick-up of the damaged item at the same time. This will be at our expense of course.
Our stunning shipping boxes and parcels are always amply sized and secured to ensure your items are well-protected.
